WebONS ‘Personal wellbeing’ domain includes four subjective wellbeing measures asking about life satisfaction, happiness, worthwhileness and anxiety. The four questions around personal wellbeing have been included in the Annual Population Survey (APS) since 2011. It’s more recently been used in the Millennium Cohort Study (MCS56). WebDescription. Personal well-being (PWB) is part of the wider Measuring National Well-being (MNW) Programme at the Office for National Statistics (ONS), which aims to provide accepted and trusted measures of the nation’s well-being.
